IFSA2025 policy

  • The first author (the presenter) of a submitted abstract must be a registered participant. The TPC will reject any paper deviating from this rule.
  • Only one submission per registered participant is allowed.
  • For a presenter who will be unable to attend the conference and will have to cancel his/her registration once notification of acceptance received, he/she can request a paid registered participant to present his/her paper if
    • either this substitute is not presenting a paper (oral or poster),
    • or – in case the substitute has already a paper accepted – 2 registration fees are actually paid (1 for the substitute, plus 1 for the defaulting presenter).
