Welcome reception
A Wine and Cheese welcome reception will be held on September 14, 2025 (Sunday), from 6 to 8 pm, at the Tours Convention Center (salons Agnès Sorel, level N+2). All participants are invited to join for local drinks and appetizers, and for networking.
Excursion
On Wednesday 17 September, a guided tour of the Chenonceaux castle will be organized upon registration (to be added to the registration fees). It will be followed by a guided tour of a winery in the heart of the Vouvray or Rochecorbon vineyards. A wine tasting will help appreciating the local products.
Gala dinner
A gala dinner is included in the registration fees. It will be held on September 18, 2025, at the Grange de Meslay, a medieval barn of the XIIIth century.
